Current Job Opportunities

General Contractors

• Project Manager: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
• Construction Superintendent: We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to supervise on-site construction activities and ensure that work is completed according to plans and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of construction processes and building codes.
• Estimator: We are searching for an Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of construction materials and labor costs. Strong negotiation and procurement skills are also required for this role.

Real Estate Developers

• Land Acquisition Manager: We are looking for a Land Acquisition Manager to identify and acquire properties for development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate markets and trends, as well as strong negotiation skills. Experience in land development and zoning regulations is preferred.
• Development Manager: We are seeking a Development Manager to oversee the planning, design, and construction of real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture, engineering, or urban planning, as well as experience managing large-scale development projects from conception to completion.
• Asset Manager: We are searching for an Asset Manager to manage and maximize the value of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background and experience in real estate investment analysis. Strong communication and negotiation skills are also essential for this role.
