Job Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of personal injury cases from intake to settlement or trial
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Preparing clients for depositions and trials
• Providing exceptional client service and communication

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
