Jordan and Beck is currently seeking a Collections Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and resolving any issues that may arise during the collection process.

Position: Collections Agent

Responsibilities:

• Contacting customers via phone, email, and mail to discuss overdue accounts
• Negotiating payment arrangements in accordance with company policies
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or disputes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communications with customers
• Providing regular updates to management on the status of accounts
• Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
