Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled and passionate attorneys to join our team and help us continue our mission of delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. As an Accident & Property Damage Attorney or Personal Injury Law Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a caseload of accident and property damage cases or personal injury law cases from start to finish
• Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for hearings and trials
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients

Qualifications

To be considered for the position of Accident & Property Damage Attorney or Personal Injury Law Attorney, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida State Bar (or eligibility for admission via Bar exam or reciprocity)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling accident and property damage cases or personal injury law cases
• Demonstrated success in negotiating settlements and litigating cases in court
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
