Position: Welder

We are currently seeking experienced welders to join our team at Joseph Welding. As a welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams
• Operate welding equipment safely and effectively
• Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure accuracy
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures according to specifications
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a welder
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Certification in welding is a plus

Position: Machine Shops

We are also looking for individuals with experience in machine shops to join our team at Joseph Welding. As a machine shop operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery to produce precision parts and components for our welding projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with precision equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery such as lathes, mills, and grinders
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with the welding team to produce components for projects
• Adhere to all safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a machine shop environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and precision
• Familiarity with a variety of machinery and tools
