Job Description

At JRN Nursery, we are looking for a dedicated Nursery Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, plants, and landscaping, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role will involve assisting customers with their plant and tree selections, providing expert advice on care and maintenance, and ensuring the nursery is well-maintained and stocked with high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting plants, trees, and gardening supplies
• Provide expert advice on plant care, watering, and maintenance
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Keep the nursery clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with unloading and organizing plant deliveries
• Contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a nursery, garden center, or landscaping company
• Knowledge of plants, trees, and gardening techniques
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
