Position Available: Construction Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project success
• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project progress
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite
