Position: Court & Convention Reporter
We are currently seeking talented and motivated Court & Convention Reporters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent stenography skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and conventions to transcribe proceedings accurately.
- Record verbatim testimonies and statements.
- Ensure that all transcripts are completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to meet their specific requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in court reporting or a related field.
- Certification from an accredited court reporting program.
- Proficiency in stenography and transcription software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
