Position: Medical Clinic Manager
Location: Denver, CO
Justice Healthcare Group is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Clinic Manager to join our team in Denver, CO. The Medical Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the staffing and scheduling of healthcare providers, nurses, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, employees, and community partners
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with electronic health records systems
