We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Accident & Property Damage Attorneys

• Represent clients in accident cases, including car accidents, slip and fall accidents, and more
• Handle property damage claims and negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence for cases
• Attend court hearings and trials to advocate for clients
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with comprehensive legal counsel

2. Personal Injury Law Attorneys

• Specialize in personal injury cases, including workplace injuries, medical malpractice, and product liability
• Assist clients in obtaining compensation for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering
• Draft legal documents, such as complaints and motions, to file with the court
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and their insurance companies
• Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases and provide them with expert advice

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accident or personal injury law
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
