We are currently hiring for the following position:

Job Title: Home Builder

Job Description:

As a Home Builder at K. Hovnanian Homes Highland Grove, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality homes in accordance with company standards and timelines. You will work closely with our project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure that each home is built to the highest specifications and meets the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Perform quality inspections at each stage of the construction process
• Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work site
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home building or construction
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Valid driver’s license
