We are currently hiring for the following position:

Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Kabob’s Grill & Mediterranean, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu offerings. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional dishes to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient production of food
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Food Handler’s certification is preferred
