We are currently seeking to fill the following positions:

• Line Cook
• Server
• Host/Hostess
• Dishwasher

Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Kanomwan, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Asian dishes according to our recipes and standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that each dish is made to perfection and delivered to our customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring
• Cook dishes on the line during service hours
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Position: Server

As a Server at Kanomwan, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and address any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
• Serve dishes and drinks to customers
• Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine and beverages
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
