We Are Hiring: Licensed Counselor

We are currently seeking a Licensed Counselor to join our team at Karitas Counseling P. As a Licensed Counselor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. You will work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans, provide counseling sessions, and monitor progress towards goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans
• Providing individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy
• Monitoring and evaluating clients’ progress towards treatment goals
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Participating in regular supervision and continuing education

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
