Position: Senior Product Development Manager – Cosmetics & Perfumes

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Product Development Manager in the Cosmetics & Perfumes division. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our cosmetic and perfume lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new cosmetic and perfume products from concept to launch
- Research and identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to inform product development strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and production to ensure successful product launches
- Manage the product development timeline, including setting key milestones and deadlines
- Oversee the formulation and testing of new products to ensure quality and efficacy
- Conduct product performance analysis and make recommendations for product enhancements or modifications
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and requirements to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the cosmetics and perfumes industry
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching new products in the cosmetics and perfumes market
- Strong understanding of cosmetic formulation, ingredient sourcing, and product testing processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
