Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of major household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers
• Replace faulty parts and components to ensure proper functioning of appliances
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on appliances to prevent future issues
• Provide estimates for repair costs and communicate with customers regarding repairs
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts inventory

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in major appliance repair and troubleshooting
• Understanding of electrical systems and mechanical operations of appliances
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Certification in major appliance repair preferred
