We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Member Services Representative

Job Description:

As a Member Services Representative at Kbr Heritage Federal Cu, you will be the first point of contact for our members. You will assist them with a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries. In addition, you will provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist members with various financial transactions
• Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and through email
• Process loan applications and assist with account openings
• Resolve member issues and complaints in a timely manner
• Promote credit union products and services to members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service or banking role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
