Position Overview
As an Energy Sales Representative at KDH Power with Ambit Energy, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our energy services to prospective customers in your designated territory. You will engage with both residential and commercial clients to educate them about our energy plans, answer any questions they may have, and ultimately secure new business. This role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact on our company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-person presentations to showcase our energy products and services
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a bonus
