Position: Counselor

As a counselor at Kelley, Agnes, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues. You will provide individual and group counseling sessions, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible counselor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience working with diverse populations
