Position: Clinic Nurse

Job Description:

• Provide nursing care to patients in our clinic setting
• Assess patients’ health status and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinic or outpatient setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care
