Position Available: Corporation & Partnership Law Attorneys

We are currently looking for dedicated attorneys with experience in Corporation & Partnership Law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• A current license to practice law in Texas
• At least 3 years of experience in Corporation & Partnership Law
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating corporate agreements
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• A proven track record of success in representing clients in complex legal matters

As a Corporation & Partnership Law attorney at Kerr, Hendershot & Cannon, PC, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and more. You will collaborate with our team of professionals to provide strategic legal advice and representation to our corporate clients.

Position Available: Family Law Attorneys

We are also seeking experienced Family Law attorneys to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• A current license to practice law in Texas
• At least 5 years of experience in Family Law
• Extensive knowledge of Texas family law statutes and procedures
• Experience handling a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and alimony
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients during emotionally challenging situations

As a Family Law attorney at Kerr, Hendershot & Cannon, PC, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by providing compassionate and skilled legal representation in family law matters. • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• A current license to practice law in Texas
• At least 5 years of experience in handling divorce cases
• Expertise in Texas divorce laws and procedures
• Strong litigation skills and experience in representing clients in court
• Ability to handle high-conflict divorce cases with professionalism and empathy
