1. Server

– Previous serving experience is preferred
– Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and willingness to learn more
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
– Must be able to work evenings and weekends

2. Line Cook

– Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume kitchen setting
– Knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and spices
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency
– Must be able to work evenings and weekends

3. Dishwasher

– Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong work ethic and attention to detail
– Must be able to work evenings and weekends
