Job Title: Child Care Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for children
• Supervise and monitor children at all times
• Provide a safe and clean environment for children
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Assist in the development of children’s social, emotional, and cognitive skills
• Follow all licensing regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Title: Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum
• Assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the overall well-being of children
• Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience teaching in a preschool setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children
• Familiarity with state licensing regulations

Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive instructional programs to kindergarten students
• Assess student learning and adjust teaching strategies as needed
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support student development
• Participate in school events and activities
• Maintain accurate records of student progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Certification in Elementary Education
• Experience teaching kindergarten students
• Knowledge of state curriculum standards
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
