Position: Child Care Teacher

Job Description:

As a Child Care Teacher at Kids Connect Child Care, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and enriching experience for children in our care. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social and emotional development, and maintaining a safe and clean learning environment. You will work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to ensure the highest quality of care for all children.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning and development
– Foster a positive and nurturing environment for children
– Provide age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and creativity
– Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress
– Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
– Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team environment

Qualifications:

– Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience working with children in a child care setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of early childhood development principles
– CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
– Ability to pass a background check
