Job Responsibilities

• Perform dental examinations on infants, children, and adolescents
• Diagnose and treat common dental problems in pediatric patients
• Provide preventative dental care, including cleanings and fluoride treatments
• Create treatment plans for children with complex dental issues
• Work closely with parents to educate them on proper oral hygiene practices
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program
• State dental license and board certification in pediatric dentistry
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive dental experience
• Commitment to continuing education and staying current on industry trends
