We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Preschool Teacher

As a Preschool Teacher at Kids R Kids Learning Academy of West Houston, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young children. Responsibilities include:

• Developing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment
• Observing and documenting children’s progress
• Collaborating with parents and other staff members

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred, but not required.

2. Child Care Assistant

Our Child Care Assistants play a crucial role in providing a safe and supportive environment for children. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and engaging with children during playtime
• Assisting with meal and snack times
• Helping to maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Supporting teachers with various tasks as needed

We are seeking individuals who are energetic, patient, and compassionate towards children. No previous experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow in the childcare field is essential.

3. School Administrator

As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our learning academy. Responsibilities include:

• Managing enrollment and registration processes
• Handling parent inquiries and concerns
• Supervising staff members and ensuring compliance with state regulations
• Collaborating with the management team to implement policies and procedures

We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional childcare services. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
