Position: Legal Service Plans Associate

Job Description:

As a Legal Service Plans Associate at Kilpatrick Townsend-Stockton, you will be a key member of our Legal Service Plans team. This team is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services to individuals and businesses through subscription-based plans. You will work closely with clients to assess their legal needs, draft legal documents, and provide guidance on a wide range of legal issues.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal memos
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters
• Work closely with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm
• Assist with client communications and case management

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 2-4 years of experience in a law firm or legal department
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
