Position: Contract Manufacturing Specialist
Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of contract manufacturing projects, from initial planning to final delivery
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery of products
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control and ensure all products meet industry standards
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and components
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing or related industry
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of oil and gas industry regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
