Position Available: Sushi Chef

As a Sushi Chef at King Buffet Chinese Restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing and crafting a variety of sushi dishes to perfection. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality of sushi that we are known for. Some of the responsibilities of the Sushi Chef include:

• Preparing sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri according to traditional recipes
• Ensuring that the sushi bar is stocked with fresh ingredients
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the sushi preparation area
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure all orders are delivered in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Sushi Chef in a high-volume restaurant
• Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing dishes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
