Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Review blueprints, specifications, and building codes to ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, materials, and labor costs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential construction or home building
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
