About the Role:

As a Contract Manufacturing Specialist at Kingdom Manufacturing, you will play a key role in managing contract manufacturing projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop project plans, oversee production processes, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with clients to define project scope, timeline, and budget
– Coordinate with internal departments such as production, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution
– Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms and pricing
– Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet quality and timeline requirements
– Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns
– Prepare and maintain project documentation, including production schedules, cost estimates, and quality reports

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract manufacturing or project management
– Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
