We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the following position:

Educational Services – Middle School Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the school’s curriculum and educational standards
• Provide instruction in a variety of subjects, including math, science, English, and social studies
• Assess student learning and progress through various tools and techniques
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic and personal growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute school-wide events and initiatives
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and upcoming events
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• State teaching certification (or in the process of obtaining certification)
• Experience teaching middle school students in an urban setting
• Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families
• Commitment to the school’s mission and values
