Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

As a Construction Project Manager at Kirksey Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to project completion. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of the construction process, from design to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure that all work meets quality standards and building codes
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on project progress

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Kirksey Homes, you will be responsible for helping clients buy or sell their homes in our communities. You will work closely with prospective buyers to find the perfect home for their needs and budget, as well as assist sellers in marketing their properties effectively. This is a rewarding and fast-paced role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients and build relationships with existing clients
  • Attend open houses and showings with clients
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and sales contracts
  • Market properties effectively through online and offline channels
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and property values

Qualifications:

  • Real estate license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of local market trends and property values
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
