Accident & Property Damage Attorney Position Available

Klitsas & Vercher PC is a reputable law firm specializing in accident and property damage cases. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced attorney to join our team and assist clients in navigating complex legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for advocating on behalf of individuals who have been affected by accidents or property damage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies
• Prepare and file legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
• Attend court proceedings and trials as necessary

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on personal injury cases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
