We’re Hiring Personal Fitness Trainers!

Job Description:

  • Design personalized fitness programs for each client based on their fitness goals, abilities, and preferences
  • Lead one-on-one training sessions to help clients improve their strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness
  • Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients to help them stay on track and reach their goals
  • Monitor clients’ progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
  • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits

Qualifications:

  • Certification in personal training from a recognized organization
  • Prior experience working as a personal fitness trainer
  • Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a passion for helping others improve their health and wellness

Exercise & Physical Fitness Programs:

Job Description:

  • Lead group fitness classes, including but not limited to cardio, strength training, yoga, and Pilates
  • Create fun and engaging workouts that cater to the varying fitness levels of participants
  • Motivate and inspire participants to push themselves to reach their fitness goals
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during classes
  • Educate participants on proper exercise form and technique

Qualifications:

  • Certification in group fitness instruction
  • Experience leading group fitness classes
  • Strong knowledge of various exercise modalities and techniques
  • Enthusiastic and energetic personality
  • Ability to connect with participants and create a supportive atmosphere
