Job Title: Mental Health Services Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in mental health services and a strong interest in supporting individuals with autism. This role will involve coordinating and providing mental health services to individuals and families affected by autism, as well as collaborating with community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Assess the mental health needs of individuals with autism and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide individual and group counseling services to clients
- Coordinate care with external mental health providers and community resources
- Educate individuals and families about mental health issues related to autism
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health services
Qualifications
- Minimum of a master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Experience working with individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
