Job Responsibilities:

Sushi Chef:

• Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Hibachi Grill Cook:

• Cook and prepare food on the hibachi grill in an entertaining and engaging manner
• Interact with customers and provide a memorable dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grill area

Waitstaff:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages to tables
• Provide attentive service and address customer needs and requests

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively
• Friendly attitude and willingness to learn
