Job Responsibilities:

• Performing a wide range of auto body repair and painting tasks, including but not limited to dent repair, scratch removal, and color matching
• Assessing vehicle damage and determining the appropriate repair techniques
• Using various tools and equipment to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the shop
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in auto body repair and painting
• Proficiency in using auto body repair tools and equipment
• Knowledge of different paint types and mixing techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in auto body repair is a plus
