Job Title: Bankruptcy Law Attorney

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and talented bankruptcy law attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law and a strong track record of successfully representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings. Responsibilities will include:

• Handling a full caseload of bankruptcy cases, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients facing financial difficulties
• Negotiating with creditors and trustees on behalf of clients
• Preparing and filing legal documents in a timely manner
• Representing clients in court hearings and proceedings

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bankruptcy law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
