Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time

As a Registered Nurse at Kourtney Clark P, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents. You will work closely with the nursing team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident. Your dedication to delivering exceptional care will make a meaningful difference in our residents’ lives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and evaluate residents’ responses to care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Provide compassionate and empathetic support to residents and their families

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for providing quality care to seniors
