Job Description

We are currently seeking a Legal Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, writing, and analysis. The Legal Associate will work closely with our team of attorneys to assist in case preparation, client communication, and legal document drafting. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about the legal profession.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on a variety of topics
• Assist attorneys in case preparation and strategy
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and pleadings
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on their cases
• Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and up-to-date

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in at least one state
• 2+ years of experience in a legal setting
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
