As a Sous Chef at L Olivier, you will work closely with our Head Chef to oversee the culinary operations of the restaurant. This role is ideal for a talented chef with a strong background in French cuisine who is looking to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities include:
– Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe development
– Supervising the kitchen staff and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
– Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
– Managing inventory and ordering supplies
– Ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
We are also seeking experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our front of house team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for providing a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities include:
– Greeting guests and guiding them through the menu
– Taking orders and serving food and beverages
– Providing attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction
– Handling payments and processing invoices
– Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
If you have a background in catering and event planning, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Event Coordinator. This role involves:
– Collaborating with clients to plan and execute private events at our restaurant
– Coordinating with the culinary team to create customized menus for each event
– Managing all aspects of event logistics, including setup, staffing, and decorations
– Ensuring that each event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations
