We Are Hiring:

At La Fiesta Restaurant, we are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. We have openings for the following positions:

1. Line Cook:

– Prepare and cook delicious Mexican dishes according to our recipes
– Ensure the kitchen meets all sanitary and food safety standards
– Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to provide excellent service

2. Server:

– Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages in a courteous manner
– Knowledgeable about the menu and able to answer customer questions
– Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

3. Dishwasher:

– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
– Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently
– Assist with food prep and other duties as needed

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, reliable, and have a genuine passion for food and customer service. The following qualifications are preferred for each position:

Line Cook:

– Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen
– Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Server:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Previous experience in a customer service role
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

Dishwasher:

– Strong work ethic and attention to detail
– Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks as needed
