Available Positions

La Griglia Restaurant is currently hiring for the following positions:

• Experienced Servers
• Bartenders
• Line Cooks
• Dishwashers
• Hosts/Hostesses

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, hardworking, and have a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in the restaurant industry and a passion for food and hospitality. Specific requirements for each position include:

Server:

• Previous experience serving in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Bartender:

• Previous experience bartending in a high-volume establishment
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and Italian wines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Line Cook:

• Previous experience working on a line in a restaurant kitchen
• Knowledge of Italian cooking techniques
• Ability to follow recipes and work efficiently under pressure
• Food Handler’s Certificate

Dishwasher:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Host/Hostess:

• Previous experience working in a host/hostess role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to maintain a welcoming and organized front-of-house
