Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent at La Quinta, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with reservations and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Housekeeper

Our Housekeepers play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel. Responsibilities include:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities in guest rooms
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any maintenance requests to the appropriate department
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed

General Manager

As a General Manager at La Quinta, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and manage hotel staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees
• Set and achieve revenue and profit goals for the hotel
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement strategies to improve customer service
• Maintain hotel facilities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
