Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

Are you passionate about making a difference in healthcare? Do you have experience working in medical labs and want to take your career to the next level? Lab Corp has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex medical laboratory tests
• Prepare and analyze samples of blood and other bodily fluids
• Operate and maintain lab equipment
• Accurately record and report test results
• Adhere to quality control and quality assurance protocols
• Work collaboratively with other lab technicians and healthcare providers

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred
• 2+ years of experience working in a medical laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
