Position: Insurance Agent
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
Educate clients on different insurance products and services offered by the company
Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities
Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and propose appropriate changes or additions
Process policy applications and handle policy renewals
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients with their insurance claims
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
Strong knowledge of insurance products, especially business and commercial insurance or auto insurance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid insurance agent license
