Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of employee benefits and worker compensation issues
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits and worker compensation
Work closely with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits and worker compensation law
