Position: Employee Benefits & Worker Compensation Attorney

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Employee Benefits & Worker Compensation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits and worker compensation law, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of employee benefits and worker compensation issues
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits and worker compensation
  • Work closely with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits and worker compensation law
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Labor & Employment Law Attorney

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment law issues
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop legal strategies

  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing
