Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food and hospitality, and who are committed to providing excellent customer service. While previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidates. Specific qualifications for each position include:

Line Cook

• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail

Server

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Previous serving experience preferred

Dishwasher

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic
• Attention to cleanliness and sanitation

Host/Hostess

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong organizational skills
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor

Bartender

• Knowledge of cocktails and drink recipes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• TIPS certification preferred

Food Runner

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Team player mentality
