Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and approve mortgage loan applications
• Interview clients to gather financial information and explain available loan products
• Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing
• Review loan applications to ensure they meet lending guidelines
• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and underwriters to keep all parties informed throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Must hold an active mortgage loan originator license
